Terms and Conditions

All items are offered subject to prior sale. All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars and subject to change without notice. Canadian residents are subject to 5% GST. Orders shipped outside of Canada are tax exempt.

Payment in full is required prior to item being shipped. Items are not sent out on approval unless prior arrangements have been made. Known academic institutions or libraries may be billed per their requirements. Any book dealers, with whom we have established a reciprocal arrangement may request a trade discount on any proposed purchase.

Payment may be made by etransfer (within Canada), VISA, Mastercard, and and bank ACH/wire transfer. Please note that bank wire transfers may be subject to additional costs dependant on bank fees. For payment with credit card, we require full credit card details (name, number, expiry date and CVV code).

We will provide final cost including shipping, upon receipt of order. Our shipping charges are calculated upon three factors:

Destination - mailing address required
Size and weight of the item
Type of delivery (i.e. Canada Post surface, airmail, expedited service, with or without tracking, courier etc.).

Returns: If any item should be received in condition substantially different than described, we offer a full refund if the item is in its original condition, and we are notified within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be carefully packaged in the same way they were received and mailed to us by registered mail.
