SELLING TO AQUILA BOOKS
We are always interested in acquiring rare books, first editions, rare limited editions, certain signed editions, rare manuscripts and ephemera. We will need the following information to determine if the book(s) will fit within our store:
- • Title of the book
- • Author first and last name
- • Edition number (if stated)
- • Place of publication, name of the publisher, and date if any
- • Condition of the book and dust jacket (if applicable)
As the condition of the book is of the utmost importance, we will need to see the item in person to make a proper assessment. However, initially you may send us an email with a brief description and photos.
- • For multiple books, take a picture of them on a shelf, spines facing out, so that the titles and authors are clearly legible.
- • For a few books, a picture of the spines with clear title and author as above, plus a photo of the books laid out showing the fronts of the books.
- • If there are any condition issues, take a close-up photo of the condition issue.
